Caesar Pascual is a foreign-trained and registered architect in the Philippines. He is currently based in British Columbia and is always dedicated to every aspect of design and planning with each building he works on. He has worked in a wide array of disciplines that honed his skills in building supervision, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture -built for building information modeling (BIM), Sketch-Up Professional, Photoshop, MS Office & MS Project.

With his architectural design experience, Caesar has been involved with the design process from conceptualization, schematic drawings, design development and actual building realization of designs. He is committed in his work to the integration of the building with its site and context. He focuses primarily on the relationship of spaces to the site with respect to its overall design context.

In his early years, he worked with the United States Air Force Facility Design and Community Planning of Clark Air Base in the Philippines and gained tremendous enhancement of his architectural creative abilities to unlimited dimensions.

Caesar's other design experiences include interior design, joinery specialization for custom-built motor yachts, digital graphics design, land usage and space planning.

Recently, he had the chance to work with a White Rock, South Surrey, B.C. based architectural firm, Ankenman Associates Architects, Inc., that has undertaken and is still undertaking several successful projects throughout Metro Vancouver. With the help of this design firm, Caesar received additional design exposure in residential, education, recreation, health care, institutional, commercial and hospitality projects.

With his newly expanded portfolio, he can able to provide

a comprehensive range of services to clients from perspective and working drawings, specification writing, building construction and estimating, landscaping, interior design, computer graphics, and web designing.
