The Architect CAESAR T. PASCUAL graduated from

the University of Saint Louis in 1980 having completed

5 years of study for his Bachelor of Science in Architecture.

A Registered Architect in the Philippines

with Registration No. 6901 dated January 7, 1983.

His experience since graduating had covered

the areas of an Artist/Draftsman, Architectural designer,

Construction Supervisor, Architect, Landscape Architect

and a Community Planner.

For more than 7 years he worked several

of the above capacities for the

United States Air Force at Clark Air Base Philippines.

His job description is to prepare, implement, and maintain plans and programs designed to achieve the most effective and efficient use of natural and man made resources. Utilize sound planning principles and philosophies to achieve model installation excellence on the following areas: administration centers, recreation center, retail and community center, industrial complex and aircraft maintenance hanger, military family housing, condominiums and schools.

And during this time he received numerous commendations in which his works were described as:
